I can, using my phone, connected to the same Wifi, send emails from my charter account. The length, size and attachments seem not to matter; it won’t send from my computer, but works fine from my phone, as well as my charter webmail client. It’s a bit frustrating to have a brand new PC that came with this software, to arbitrarily decide to stop working. What concerns me most if the fact that it just stopped working, one day to the next. I can’t recall any updates being pushed this week, so I’m not sure what caused it to break. Your new Dell was supplied with various third party utilities that were integrated with MS Outlook, and its likely these are the cause of any issues.

Ok — I tried a complete removal and reinstall and the messages are not going through. I did the on line repair as well. Its frustrating as the first two I sent went without problems but the rest are small e-mails and just won’t go with the message error 0X being displayed each time it tries to re send. Did you try clearing any old credentials prior to changing the settings in Outlook? I would start over and make sure to clear any past credentials. Hi Mike, I did this and celebrated too early when two emails went then the same error popped up and won’t let me send a third.
